Recommendation
It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the western side of Nickson Street between the points 6.3 metres and 21.4 metres (2 car spaces) north of Wilshire Street as “2P 8am-10pm Authorised Residents Vehicles Excepted Area 18".

Background
Transport for NSW’s CBD and South East Light Rail (CSELR) project from Circular Quay to Kingsford and Randwick via Surry Hills has made it necessary to remove most of the parking along the light rail corridor.
A review including consultation with residents and
businesses has been done to provide alternative parking on side streets next to
the light rail corridor.
