Recommendation
It is recommended that the Committee endorse the following reallocation of parking on the western side of 53 Harrington Street, The Rocks, south of Argyle St as:
(A) Loading Zone Meter 5am - 10am Mon - Sun, between 18 metres and 31 metres.
(B) 2P Meter Ticketless 6pm-10pm Mon – Sun, between 18 metres and 31 metres.
(C) Kiss and Ride 10am - 4pm Mon - Sun, between 18 metres and 31 metres.

Background
Place Management NSW (PMNSW) has requested endorsement for the reallocation of parking times outside of 53 Harrington St. The Rocks, on 'loading zone' times and 'meter parking' to align with other parking zones within The Rocks precinct.
The proposed changes will increase parking options and
opportunities for retailers, visitors and businesses in the area therefore
improving the customer experience.
