Recommendation
It is recommended that the Committee endorse the following conversion of parking on the south side of 55 George Street, The Rocks, south of Hickson Rd as:
Kiss and Ride area between 22 meters and 32 metres (2 Spaces).

Background
Place Management NSW (PMNSW) has requested endorsement for the conversion of parking outside of 55 George St Rydges Hotel, The Rocks to extend use from 15min parking to Kiss and Ride area and convert from 1 space to 2 spaces.
The proposed changes will increase drop off/ pick up
opportunities for stakeholders, visitors and businesses including The Rocks
Markets, Rydges Hotel and the Overseas Passenger Terminal in the area.
