It is resolved that Council:
(A)
decline to accept any of the tenders received in
response to the tender for Sustainability Programs – Panel of Suppliers;
(B)
cancel the tender for the Sustainability
Programs – Panel of Suppliers; and
(C)
note that a new tender will be released for a
revised scope of services.
