Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the temporary allocation of parking on the southern side of Wilson Street, Darlington between the points 24 metres and 96 metres (12 car spaces) west of Codrington Street, as " No Parking 8.30am-8.30pm Mon-Fri" between Monday 9 May 2022 and Friday 13 May 2022.

Background

Vigilant Group has requested the temporary installation of a “No Parking 8.30am-8.30pm Mon-Fri” restriction on the southern side of Wilson Street, Darlington, west of Codrington Street, between Monday 9 May 2022 and Friday 13 May 2022, to provide a safe drop-off zone for taxis and hire cars during the 2022 Afterpay Australian Fashion Week.
