Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the western side of George Street, Redfern, north of Wells Street as:

(A)        "1P 8am-8pm Mon-Fri Permit Holders Excepted Area 41" between the points 40.6 metres and 48.5 metres (1 car space) and

(B)        "1P 8am-8pm Mon-Fri Permit Holders Excepted Area 41" between the points 54.5 metres and 60.4 metres (1 car space).

Background

In response to a recent removal of two driveways on George Street, Redfern, it is proposed to introduce 1P Permit Parking to match the existing parking restrictions.
