Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the eastern side of Waterloo Street, Surry Hills between the points 12.5 metres and 35.5 metres (4 car spaces) north of Foveaux Street as "P Motorbikes Only".

Background

The Development Consent for 74 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills (D/2019/1358) requires the Applicant to submit a signage plan for the kerbside parking arrangements along the site's frontage in Waterloo Street, to be referred to the Local Pedestrian, Cycling and Traffic Calming Committee.
