Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the western side of Cooper Street, Waterloo, between the points 27 metres and 34.9 metres south of Raglan Street (2 angled mobility parking spaces) as "Mobility Parking Only" with "90⁰ Angle Parking, Vehicles Under 6m Only".

Background

A resident of Cooper Street, Waterloo has requested two mobility parking spaces in their street (which can also be used by the nearby residents of the Housing Estates). The resident has advised they are not in a wheelchair but cannot physically walk far.
