Background

The City has received requests to improve safety for pedestrians crossing at the intersection of Crewe Place and Rosebery Avenue. Therefore, it is proposed to install a raised pedestrian crossing in Rosebery Avenue and a continuous footpath treatment across Crewe Place to enhance pedestrian priority, facilitating safer pedestrian links at the Crewe Place and Rosebery Avenue intersection and reduce vehicle speeds.
