Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the eastern side of Jesson Lane, Surry Hills between the points 43.1 metres and 52.8 metres (one car space) south of Jesson Street as "No Parking".

Background

Due to a recently approved development application at 495 Crown Street, Surry Hills, a new driveway will be constructed. As such, the kerb space is no longer suitable for parking in the rear laneway.
