Recommendation
It is recommended that the Committee endorse the
temporary road
· from 7.30am on Thursday 16 May 2024 to 5.30pm on Friday 17 May 2024, with contingency dates 23-24 May 2024
· from 7.30am on Thursday 30 May 2024 to 5.30pm on Friday 31 May 2024, with contingency dates 6-7 June 2024
· from 7.30am on Thursday 20 June 2024 to 5.30pm on Friday 21 June 2024, with contingency dates 27-28 June 2024
subject to the following conditions:
(A) The Applicant must comply with the temporary road closure conditions as mentioned in Schedule B of this agenda.
(B) The Applicant must comply with any other conditions imposed by City’s Construction Regulation Unit.
(C) The Applicant has indicated the dates above as a contingency date.
