Issue - decisions

It is resolved that Council:

(A)      endorse the scope of works described in the subject report for the purpose of proceeding with lodgement of required planning approvals, detailed design and documentation and tender for staged construction of the works; and

(B)      note the financial implications outlined in Confidential Attachment C to the subject report.
