Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee endorse the reallocation of parking on the southern side of Cooper Place, Zetland between the points 12.8 metres and 41.6 metres (five car spaces) east of Defries Avenue, as “2P 8am-10pm”.

Background

The City has reviewed parking restrictions in Cooper Place, Zetland and identified the need to update restrictions on the southern side of the street, between Defries Avenue and South Dowling Street, to better service the needs of the area.
