The Panel granted consent to Development Application D/2017/1341, subject to the
conditions recommended in Attachment
A to the subject report.
Carried unanimously.
The Panel approved the application as:
(A) The
development satisfies the relevant strategy, objectives and provisions of both
the Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 and Sydney Development Control Plan
2012.
(B) The
proposal creates the required allotment to allow for the future delivery and
dedication of a public road to form part of the Green Square to Ashmore
Connector Road project.
(C) The
development provides new lots to be sold to community housing providers to
facilitate the delivery of affordable housing developments.
