It is resolved that:
(A)
Council approve the revocation of the Road
Widening Order on 142 Carillion Avenue Newtown (also known as Lot 1 in DP
732639); and
(B)
authority be delegated
to the Chief Executive Officer to enter into all necessary documentation
required to facilitate the revocation of the Road Widening Order on 142
Carillion Avenue, Newtown.
