It is resolved that Council:
(A)
present the 2019/20 Annual Financial Statements
and Auditor’s Reports to the public; and
(B)
adopt the 2019/20 Annual Financial Reports
subject to the receipt of any submissions over the ensuing seven
day period.
(A show of hands on the amendment resulted in an
equality of voting as follows –

Noes (5) The
Chair (the Lord Mayor), Councillors Kok, Miller, Scully and Thalis
