Purpose

The Corporate, Finance, Properties and Tenders Committee deals with all matters relating to:

 

·                Finance

·                Consideration of budgets and quarterly budget performance

·                Information technology policy

·                Asset management

·                Internal and external audit

·                Fees and charges

·                Rating matters

·                City vehicles and fleet management

·                City operational and property investment facilities

·                Industrial relations

·                Organisational policy issues, eg, industrial agreements

·                City property management, including management, maintenance, leasing, licensing and sale of Council property (excluding footways but including the use, leasing and purchase of other non-Council property)

·                Tenders valued at over $5 million
